How long does it take to ship?

All in stock products will be dispatched withing 2-3 working days.

 

Witch payment methods do you use?

Currently you can pay through pay pal, bank transfer and several online paying methods, including IDEAL, bank contact and credit card.

 

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes we do ship worldwide.

 

Do you accept returns?

On first note no, but if there are any issues with your order please contact us.

 

I have allergies can i wear your earrings?

Yes, all the earring hooks are stainless steel and hypoallergenic. So safe to wear.

 

Can i pick up my order?

Unfortunately no, we do not have a physical shop, but if we are are going to conventions you are also attending you can pick it up there. When a convention is near the option to pick it up will be shown during check out.

 

What are your shipping rates?

The shipping rates vary between €1,55 to €9,30 depending on the weight of your package. Above €50 is free shipping.
